The most common symptom from Gallbladder disease is pain from inflammation. The pain normally occurs in the upper right section of your abdomen. - Exercise : Regular physical activity can reduce cholesterol levels & help prevent gallstones from forming. Even when small, gallstones cause serious inflammation and pain.
